March Bench Rest Fixed Power 40x52

The March 40x52 BR Scope was the beginning of the current line of March scopes. Deon challenged the POA ( polarization orientation angle) shift problem which was of widespread concern in the Benchrest community for many years.

March BR Scopes have a special internal design to prevent unintentional shift of the POA. Components are made from specially heat treated high grade aircraft aluminum, special alloyed steel, and brass.
The body of each scope is filled with argon gas to ensure a stable internal environment. An airtight optical tube assembly is ensured by use of high performance industrial grade rubber o-rings.
March BR Scopes contain no plastic internal components, and have a very elegant internal design with fewer moving parts than traditional scopes.

In addition to a superior mechanical design, March BR Scopes are fitted with high-end extra-low dispersion (ED) lenses of the same type found in professional single-lens reflex cameras. These lenses provide greatly improved image resolution even under high magnification. The March 40x52 BR scope is also available in 50x and 60x versions, all of which are the same size and weight.
